The Private Client team secures No Further Action for a High Profile Professional facing Multi-Specialism Allegations of: Fraud & Regulatory Proceedings. 

This was an extremely complex multi-disciplinary case, involving specialist knowledge of Regulatory, Fraud, Gambling Regulations and Employment Law, given the allegations involved defrauding a national company. 

Garrick Law assembled a specialist team of lawyers and experts, led by Sunpritha Jutlla, to advice on all areas of law, including employment and managing adverse publicity, to ensure that non-publication in the public domain. 

The case was complex and involved voluntary interviews, knowledge of gambling regulations, representations to the employer, and guiding the client through regulatory proceedings. 

The team worked closely together with the employer to address employment issues, whilst in tandem secure no further action in the criminal investigation, and successfully conclude regulatory proceedings.
